Believe it or not! It is time to start planning for next year. Understanding how busy summer can be for all of you with camps and vacations, we would like to make the Bala Vihar registration easy for you with the following guidelines:
ANDOVER CENTER
Classes from Pre-K through Grade 12 will be offered in both sessions.
Registrations for new students in all grades are accepted only for session 2 (that starts at 11.45 am and ends at 1.15 pm)
All current students are automatically registered for the next grade in the same session in which they are currently enrolled. This automatic registration is subject to on-line payment of the family donation, by June 30, 2010 using the following link:
After June 30, 2010, we may not be able to guarantee the first session (from 9 am to 10.30 am) for those students who are in the first session, but have not submitted the new easy on-line registration.
At present, we are not able to offer a change from session 2 to Session 1 for current students.
If any of our member families prefer to switch from session 1 to session 2, we will be happy to accommodate the change.
Our current 2nd and 3rd grade classes in the first session which will be moving to 3rd & 4th grades in September are our two largest classes. We request the parents of these classes to consider switching to the second session, if possible.
